Your photos are private inputs.
How Ceiling Fan AI handles your account details, uploaded photos, generated videos and payments, how long each is kept, and how to ask for a copy or deletion.
What we process
To run the service we process the email address and account record needed to sign you in, the photos and optional prompt you upload, the video we generate, a record of the generation and the credits it consumed, and payment references from our payment provider. We also record which page a signup came from so we can tell which channels work; that record is tied to the account, not to a person browsing anonymously.
How long each item is kept
Uploaded photos are usable for two hours after you upload them and are then removed from storage by our cleanup job. Generated videos stay in your private library until you delete them or your account is closed. Credit and order records are kept while your account exists because they are the accounting record for what you paid for. You can ask for account deletion at any time; see the deletion section below.
Who else sees your data
Generation runs on a third-party video model service, and a separate moderation service screens prompts and images for prohibited content before anything is generated. Payments are handled by our payment provider, which processes card data directly — we never receive your card number. Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare, which stores the database, the uploaded photos and the finished videos. These providers process data on our instructions; we do not sell personal data to anyone.
Content moderation
Every prompt and uploaded image is screened before generation, and the resulting video is screened before it is released to you. If a check flags prohibited content, the generation is refused and the credits are returned. A refusal is not a judgement about you; it means the request cannot be processed under the rules our payment and hosting providers require.
Your choices and rights
You can delete your own generated videos from your library, publish or unpublish them from the public gallery, and ask us to delete your account and its data. Write to contact@ceilingfanai.com and we will confirm what will be removed. Note that some order and tax records may need to be retained for a period required by law even after account deletion.
